Instructions
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken and seal. Shake to spread the marinade to coat the chicken, then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Turn occasionally for even marinating.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Crush potato chips into tiny pieces by pounding them in a plastic bag or using a food processor. Pour into a shallow bowl.
  5. Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl.
  6. Roll a drumstick in egg, then in the potato chips until coated. Place in baking dish.
  7. Repeat for the remaining drumsticks.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes, turning the chicken halfway.
  9. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and serve!
