Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange bacon on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. Dice the bell pepper and onion. Mince garlic cloves.
  3. When the bacon is done, cut into chunks.
  4. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
