Whole 30 Ribs
These delicious Whole30 Pork Ribs are gluten-free, dairy-free, Whole30 compliant, and sure to add some fun to your dinner routine. Ribs don’t take much prep work at all, and they will seem like a special treat for everyone at the table. Please note: All the ingredients below are easy to find gluten- and dairy-free, but not all brands are safe. So be sure to always check the ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a baking sheet in foil, with enough extra on each side to fold over the ribs.
  2. Rinse off the ribs and pat dry. Place on the baking sheet with the meaty side up.
  3. Mix all the rub ingredients together, then rub them across both sides of the meat. You should end with the meaty side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Bring the extra sides of the foil together and make a tent around the ribs. Cook in the oven for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and turn the meaty side up. Brush with your favorite barbecue sauce (we recommend our Whole 30 Pineapple BBQ Sauce) and broil for 5 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting, then enjoy!
