Lemon Garlic Broccoli
We gobble up this gluten-free, dairy-free, Whole 30 broccoli like it's candy. The secret is cooking it in the oven for the perfect crunch. Please note: All the ingredients below are easy to find gluten- and dairy-free, but not all brands are safe. So be sure to always check the ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  2. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. It's best to make them as close in size as possible.
  3. Grease a baking sheet. I like to first cover the sheet in foil for extra easy clean-up.
  4. Toss broccoli with olive oil and arrange on baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice over broccoli.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then enjoy!
